Here are GCF events for Fall 2017:

Summer Prayer Walks: Mondays 7/31, 8/7, 8/14 at 6:30 pm. Meet at Norlin Library, near the fountain.

Welcome Back Cookout: August 30th at 6pm at St. Aidan’s Front Lawn

Labor Day Hike & Picnic: September 4th, from 9:30am to 12:30 pm at Chautauqua trailhead.

Small Group Bible Studies: Small groups start the week of September 4th, and will meet weekly. See Small Groups page for times and locations.

Common Grounds – Coffee & Theology: “God is mean?! On the problem of evil, violence in sacred texts, Hell, and other religions”. Saturday October 21st, from 10am to 12pm, at UMC 404.

Pumpkin carving contest: Saturday October 28th, 4pm to 6pm, at North Boulder Park.

Fall Retreat: November 3rd to 5th at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park, CO. (More information coming)

Our culture is becoming increasingly polarized as we retreat into our online echo chambers. To do something about this, we’re inviting skeptics, seekers, and believers of all stripes to share in an informal, open-ended discussion with grad students from across CU Boulder. Our Fall/Winter 2017-18 theme is: Common Complaints about Church.
