GCF Email List
E-mail updates, announcements, and prayer requests can be sent through a mailing list to the entire group. To cut down on the junk mail we receive from the outside world, only people who are signed up for the list are able to send or receive e-mails through the list. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact Kate Du Mez.
To Sign Up
Simply send an e-mail (from the e-mail account you want added) to listproc@lists.colorado.edu with a one-line message as follows: subscribe ivgrad Your Name. (For example: subscribe ivgrad Jane Doe). That’s all there is to it. You’ll receive an e-mail to confirm that you’ve been added.
To Contact the Group
After signing up, you’ll be able to send an e-mail to everyone on the list by sending it to ivgrad@lists.colorado.edu
Important Reminder About Usage
This e-mail list serve provides a great way for you to stay connected with all of the subscribed members of GCF, so please use it appropriately. Be aware that your messages go out to everyone on the list, so it should not be used for personal interactions, interpersonal problems or concerns. Any inappropriate use of the list serve will be dealt with accordingly.
To See Who is Subscribed
Send an e-mail to listproc@lists.colorado.edu with a one-line message as follows: recipients ivgrad. You’ll receive an e-mail listing everyone’s name and e-mail address. (This is a good way to find someone’s address if you want to correspond with them directly instead of addressing the whole list.)
To Unsubscribe
Send an e-mail to listproc@lists.colorado.edu with a one-line message as follows: unsubscribe ivgrad Your Name (For example: unsubscribe ivgrad Jane Doe).
For Help
A help message is available by sending an e-mail to listproc@lists.colorado.edu with a one-line message as follows: help.
